Season 2[]

In Yesterdayland it is revealed that in the past, BoJack told Todd that Disneyland didn’t exist.

So, over the past five years, Todd has been working on his own version of "realDisneyland, though BoJack has no memory of it despite him constantly bringing it up and building with worker bees very loudly.

Courtmediation

The court hearing for "Disneyland"

Mr. Peanutbutter calls a lawyer, to make sure Disneyland is legal, seeing that Todd pursued the project while working for PB Livin'.

The lawyer informs Todd, that it isn't legal, and that he'll see him in court. Todd bypasses the lawsuit, because Walt Disney accidentally wrote down the wrong name for trademark, "Diisneyland."

Todd celebrates his legal victory with a party at BoJack's house. He tells Mr. Peanutbutter, that he did all the work, and kicks him out of the theme park.

Later, at "Disneyland," Mr. Peanutbutter apologizes for making Todd's thing, his thing. He then accidentally crumbles a support beam.

Todd gets caught in the roller coaster, and the pile of mattresses catches on fire. The killer bees fly off, and Mr. Peanutbutter tries to get the fire department, but they think that he's trying to warn them that a kid fell down a well.

Todd's "Disneyland" is engulfed in flames, and Mr. Peanutbutter rushes with a hose to save Todd. They then take the rickety roller coaster to safety.

Season 6[]

In Angela, Helen ends up in the hospital due to a panic attack she had when Character Actress Margo Martindale "fake" threatened Todd. This ends up with Margo having to go to court.

The judge is about to sentence her to prison for killing a lot of people when Nicole Holofcener walks in and says she needs Margo to act in her new movie. The judge then finally agrees that sounds good and lets her go.
