Mr. Peanutbutter takes the strainer idea to heart.

Oxnard is a recurring character in BoJack Horseman. His first appearance was in Higher Love, in Season 2.

Physical Appearance[]

Oxnard is a meerkat man with dark brown fur with orange stripes. His face and neck are taupe with black patches around his eyes, snout, and mouth. He has black freckles near his snout.

According to the model sheets, he is a little over 5 ft tall.

He wears a lilac-blue collar shirt, a striped orange, grey, and white necktie, and a light brown pantsuit, and brown dress shoes.

History[]

Oxnard is a longtime business accountant who is dragged away from his son and family to help with Todd and Mr. Peanutbutter's ridiculous schemes. He is the sane one who tells them why their ideas are ridiculous.

Season 2[]

In Higher Love, Mr. Peanutbutter and Todd are pitching a business idea to Oxnard. Oxnard then tells them that PB Livin' is bankrupt due to their terrible business ideas. He tells Mr. Peanutbutter that he needs to get a job.

Season 3[]

In Start Spreading The News, Mr. Peanutbutter goes to visit his accountant Oxnard, who finally has time with his son, and practically kidnaps him, as he announces PB Livin' is back in business.

Mr. Peanutbutter talks to Oxnard about potential TV show ideas.

Oxnard tells him, what he thinks Todd would say in this situation and tells him an idea involving spaghetti strainers. Mr. Peanutbutter thinks it's a wonderful idea and tells Oxnard to put all his money into spaghetti strainers, to Oxnard's dismay.

Mr. Peanutbutter then fills his home with boxes of strainers, Oxnard's sarcasm going over his head, taking the idea seriously.

Afterward, this conversation is forgotten and Mr. Peanutbutter can't remember why he purchased bulk spaghetti strainers in the first place.

The playhouse he builds for his son is destroyed by Sarah Lynn and BoJack Horseman on their drug bender in That's Too Much, Man!Sarah Lynn comments on it having a faulty structure. She states the playhouse needs parallel joists.

In That Went Well, the news announces that they need a company with lots of pasta strainers, a fleet of cars, and sexy Orcas to help save Pacific Ocean City.

Mr. Peanutbutter goes to the movies and sees Secretariat, but turns off his phone, making him unreachable for the next two hours. Todd wakes up and learns about the situation. The strainers are then ultimately used to save Pacific Ocean City.

Season 4[]

Oxnard returns in The Judge, when Todd and Mr. Peanutbutter have the idea for a "Clown Dentist" business. He tells them most children are terrified of clowns. He knows this from experience because he himself has children. Todd says, they'll get both clowns and dentists, and both groups can train each other. This further aggravates Oxnard.

Season 5[]

In Ancient History, he's strolling with his son, when Ralph is driving Princess Carolyn to the hospital.

Season 6[]

He is seen in Surprise!, walking around at Mr. Peanutbutter and Pickles' surprise wedding.
