Bubbles was the host of The Laugh Shack, the comedy club where BoJack and Herb used to perform stand-up in the 1980s. His only appearance was in The Telescope in season 1. Little else is known about him.
Design
Bubbles is an average-build man with tan skin and dark blue hair. At the Laugh Shack, he wore light blue jeans, a purple-and-red striped shirt, and a dark gray jacket. He appears to have a receding hairline.
