Barry Tukalooka is a minor, background character in BoJack Horseman. His only appearance was in The Telescope.

Barry appeared briefly in The Telescope as part of the Generic 80s montage, and then appeared again buying a drink from the bar where BoJack and Herb were working.

Barry had no dialogue and his name was never mentioned in the episode, but it was included on his model sheet. It is unknown whether or not Barry was originally intended to play a larger role in the episode.
