I would have edited the section but was too stuid to figure it out. "High-libido individual" would have been a lot better. I don't see how humping things as a kid makes someone a "sexual deviant" (I literally don't know anyone who *didn't* hump things when they were younger).
What's on your mind?
Changed the background color again. Let me know what you think.
Can someone please edit the colors for this wiki? The orange texts for the links on top of the light blue background is unreadable. I suggest using a more navy blue as the background for the text and switching the regular text to white, while keeping the links as orange. It would be much more readable and less of a strain on the eyes. Thank you
The color scheme of the BoJack Horseman Wiki is horrible. The contrast between the blue background and the dark/orange letters is almost 1:1.
The site is literally unreadable. Please change the colors.
(Maybe some light grey background would be a good fit)
For the love of God can someone change the color scheme on the website? I literally can't read it
I have another question. Why is Todd eating what appears to be spaghetti and Reese's peanut butter cups at Sandro's Place?
I've never used fandom, but I made one just to ask this question. I have watched the whole series of Bojack Horseman at least 14 times now. I never get bored because I make a point of only occasionally catching animal puns and the text on things like the news ticker and books, and because it's the best show I've ever seen and I watch it each time I have depression which is most of the days.
Anyways, the real reason I called you was to ask: Are there other people who, like me, completely forget that Hollyhock's dads are all in a polyamorous, poly-species gay relationship? Like I always remember they are her dads and right now I'm watching the episode where they all announce their "thing" to Bojack, but I never picture (even though comedy says I should) most of these guys fucking Quackers, a lizard whose only personality trait is that he watches foreign films, and a weird British guy. Hollyhock totally normalizes talking about her dads and they are barely given screentime, so I never fully appreciate the hilarity of thinking about their relationship. Anyone else?
There was a scene where bojack was talking about a show that got canceled
He said " all this time i knew it could get better but it didn't then it was canceled and i got angry "
Can someone please send me the full quote ? or tell which episode it was ?
I am new to this wiki! Hi, I am Anna. HUGE fan of this show...it really changed my life and was one of the best shows I have ever watched. I myself struggle with my own demons and this show is so deep about abuse and mental illness and broken people. I honestly applaud how well this show came together and it's truly a shame it came to an end.
Getting on with my paragraph about my favorite character. Beatrice Sugarman was my favorite character. Was she a good mother? Heck to the no. I do not condone her abusive behaviors! However, we all know why she was the way she was. She lived a traumatic life one could say. She was broken and made the way she was. Losing Crackerjack made her mother she loved go nutty and watching her mother lose it must have made a huge impact on her life. Instead of helping Honey, her father cut out the emotions he thought were tainting her. I have seen some people say that Joseph deep down really loved his family but I argue all he cared about was their business. Honey embarrassed the brand when she went on the joyride with Beatrice. He didn't want any more damage to his brand so he ruined his wife. To top that off he told Beatrice to basically control her womanly emotions and said "You don't want to end up like your mother." How horrifying....Beatrice was young but she knew her mother was a husk of what she used to be. What father would hold that over their child's head like that? Apparently Joseph Sugarman. Beatrice was told by Honey to never love anyone like she loved Crackerjack. Beatrice must have severely taken that to heart because she is cold and very unloving. She was also taught to hide emotion like her father made her do. The only time I saw Beatrice shed some comforting emotion was when Henrietta was giving birth to HollyHock. She held her hand through the delivery which is interesting because Beatrice did not have that support when Bojack was born. Also, another interesting scene to me was when Beatrice was unsure how to act when Butterscotch broke down crying begging her to help Henrietta. She hated him but she did help the young lady even saying she would pay for the schooling. I also wonder if Beatrice did this so HollyHock would not become like Bojack. She knows Bojack is hurt and that she was a horrible mother and how Butterscotch abused him. She apologized even (well to the best of her ability anyway). That scene was eye-opening. I feel like Beatrice knew she was a bad mother and probably regretted raising Bojack and she knew she was getting older and may have had numbered days to say sorry. I would have liked to have known if Bojack knew about Beatrice's past. Would he have been more forgiving? Or would he have hated her all the same. When he threw the baby doll I feel like he really had no clue what the impact was on her. She relapsed to the memory of her father burning her babydoll. That scene was so heartbreaking. Beatrice arguably to me is one of the most fascinating characters in the show. Broken with a horrible childhood. She had a fear of growing up like her parents but she became her parents! Cold and abusive like Joseph and losing herself like her mother with her dementia.
That was a lot and I could go on forever because I love her episodes but who is your favorite character??
How does Luna Loud’s parody of Back in the 90s go including the parody of the Boxer vs. Raptor logo?
The View From Halfway Down
Stupid Pice of Shit
Bojack Hates the Troops
Escape from L.A.
I don't know where the best place to put this would be, but I still wanted to share it so people would see it
I noticed this wiki is using a mosaic background, so I quickly made a design for a background that I think could look nice
I haven't tested it out yet, but I can make adjustments if necessary! What do you guys think?
I feel like the current colour scheme of the wiki is a bit too hard on the eyes, particularly the orange text over the blue background :(
I don't know who's in charge but I feel like it overall could use some work
